KLP’s founder, Michael Lane, is an expert in both Human Resources and Healthcare. Throughout his career, he has led the organizational development of over 1,200 employees while managing the payroll, compliance, and benefits of the company.
KLP was founded in 2007 when Michael left his role as Vice President of HR at a Real Estate Firm, in order to provide his clients with a better way of doing HR. He has held his Broker’s License since 2002 and has gained valuable insight in all aspects of HR.
